AKADAMA SIZE TIP

SHOHIN	Can be used with Small Akadama to increase nutrient. Not recommended to use by itself, because it might cause damage to drainage and aeration.
SMALL	The most used Akadama. It holds water very well and improves soil drainage.
MEDIUM	Often used when potting larger plants such as fruits tree. Mix with Shohin or Small Akadama with Medium size to improve drainage and aeration. Recommended for plants require consistent watering due to the ability to hold water.
LARGE	Best to use with other soil mixture. The mixture creates spacing within soil and improves soil drainage and aeration.
