ITEM: New Japanese Asake DG for Cactus & Succulents, Bonsai Soil Mix and Top Dressing
- Formed from weathered granite, which gives it a hard, angular granular structure and some iron content.
- The hard silica/granite nature means it does not break down easily, making it druable and reusable
- Add akadama, kanuma, pumice, lava rock, etc. to balance moisture retention and drainage.
- Best suited for top dressing on cactus and succulents, giving them a natural desert look.
- The angular, gritty particles helps retain moisture and provide excellent soil aeration.
